COVID-19

When do experiences actually start?

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still hopeful that we will be launching our driving experiences and managing to operate safely, by Fall of 2021. We will of course comply with all of the State and County regulations in regard to COVID-19 and keeping our customers and team safe. Rest assured the safety of our guests and our team is of absolute importance.

Are you offering refunds to guests due to COVID-19?

If you are unable to attend your booked experience due to either COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the State/Country and/or have been tested positive to COVID-19, then we will of course provide with either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your experience for another date.

How are you being COVID-19 safe?

Your safety, and the safety of our team, is of absolute importance. As such we have implemented a number of additional safety measures including temperature checking guests and our team, practicing social distancing, mandatory wearing of face masks (we can provide), personal hand sanitizer in every vehicle, and deep-cleaning all of our vehicles prior to each experience.

How many guests are included in an experience?

Our driving experiences are intimate; we only ever have just yourself, your invited guest and our team - typically our lead driver and concierge, plus our personal chef and assistant for lunch. All of our team practice social distancing, wear face masks and are temperature checked daily.

If I have tested positive to COVID-19 what should I do?

In the unfortunately event that you have tested positive for COVID-19, please get the care you need and contact us. We can then help you reschedule or refund your experience.

Booking

How do I book an experience?

Booking your driving experience is easily done online via our register for an experience page. You’ll be asked to provide some summary details about yourself and invited guest. Once we have the exact dates that each driving experience will be available, registered guests will be first in line to be notified and have the opportunity to reserve their experience.

How can I pay for the experience?

We accept all major credit cards (including AMEX) for both your booking deposit as well as your final balance. All payments are completed securely online via our payments gateway.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes you can! We realize that our experiences are a special occasion for many and as such we offer paying via installments using Affirm. Select the Affirm option as you book your experience (note that credit checks are required).

 

Experiences

How are we different?

We offer a unique opportunity to enjoy being behind the wheel of the classic sports car of your dreams, within an immersive driving experience that includes dining and luxury stays. Every attention to detail is taken care of, in a relaxed, friendly manner.

Do I get to drive the cars?

Yes of course! All of our experiences are self-drive, with the drive led by one of our qualified driving experience concierges. View our garage of available cars.

What are the requirements to drive?

All drivers must be at least 25 years old, have held a full US license for at least 3 years and can drive stick (manual gearbox).

What does an experience include?

We have worked hard to ensure that each experience includes everything you need for an amazing day(s). All of our experiences hence include all costs associated to driving the chosen vehicle (I.e. rental, insurance, fuel), all food and beverage costs, and for our overnight experiences, all relevant accommodation costs*). In addition our photographer is complimentary as too the extras required to make your experience truly memorable.

What happens if the vehicle I booked is not available for my experience?

In the unlikely event that your booked experience vehicle is unavailable on the day, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Do I need a security deposit?

Absolutely not. We detest operators that required ridiculously large deposits just to rent an exotic car! Instead we choose to have a much more friendly approach to ensuring our cars are looked after and you have more than adequate insurance.

Can my passenger drive the cars?

As long as your passenger is also over 25 years of old, has held a US license for more than 3 years and can drive a stick (manual gearbox), they can drive as well.

 

Insurance

Do you provide insurance?

Yes we do! All of our experiences include comprehensive insurance with no requirement to provide a holding deposit. You can also reduce the insurance excess on the morning of your experience if you so desire.

What is the insurance excess?

Insurance excess is $10k that can be reduced to $2k by paying an additional $350 on the morning of your experience.

Do I have to pay a bond / deposit?

Absolutely not. We detest operators that required ridiculously large deposits just to rent an exotic car! Instead we choose to have a much more friendly approach to ensuring our cars are looked after and you have more than adequate insurance.

 

Photography

Do you have a photographer?

Yes we do! All of our experiences include professional photography of your experience, that is completely complimentary (tips of course welcomed!).

Can I take my own photos?

Yes of course! There will be plenty of opportunity to stop and take some great photos of your experience.

Can we post photos to Instagram?

Posting photos of your great experience to Instagram is of course encouraged!

 

Gift Certificates

Can I purchase an experience as a gift?

Yes you can. We offer gift certificates for all of our single and multi-day driving experiences. Please contact us to purchase a driving experience gift card.

Can I get a refund on a gift certificate?

Whilst refunds cannot be given for gift certificates, we are more than happy to either extend the time limit on your girt card so the recipient can enjoy an experience. Please contact us to discuss.

Can I transfer a gift certificate?

Please contact us to discuss the possible transfer of a gift certificate. We will do whatever we can to make this happen.

 

Cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

We endeavor to be fair and reasonable when it comes to cancelling your booked experience; we know how plans can change. We will always offer you at least another 12 months time to reschedule a booking (after all we don’t want you to miss one of our driving experiences!). If a full-refund is requested, we will need at least 14 days notice to process this (please note the booking deposit of $500 serves as a cancellation fee in this scenario).

What is your COVID-19 cancellation policy?

COVID-19 related cancellation requests will be treated with the utmost flexibility. We will endeavor to find another date for your experience sometime in the future, or we will happily refund your booking if paid in full if you so choose.

What happens if it rains or there is poor weather?

In the rare event (it is after all Southern California!) that bad weather is likely to adversely affect your driving experience, we will make every attempt to reschedule your experience to a future date.
