Terms of Service

1. Overview of Services

The Stable provides curated driving experiences through individual digital Drive Pack purchases and annual memberships. Complete Drive Packs can include roadbooks, maps, mobile Rally Point navigation, and recommendations. We also offer custom route building and editorial content through our Journal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and possess a valid driver's licence to use our services. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity, and agree to provide accurate, complete information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Membership, Subscriptions, and Payment

New paid memberships are offered on annual billing cycles. Current public options are one territory at $89 per year and Global at $149 per year. The first 100 Global members are eligible for Founder's Global at $99 per year while their subscription remains continuous. Prices are shown in United States Dollars unless stated otherwise. By subscribing, you agree that:

• We may charge your selected payment method on the annual recurring billing cycle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time.
• Founder's Global pricing is limited to the first 100 Global members and remains available only while the subscription is continuous. Cancelling forfeits the protected rate.
• Promotional codes and discounts may be modified or discontinued.

5. Individual Drive Pack Purchases

An individual Drive Pack purchase is tied to your account and includes twelve months of revisions from the purchase date. After that revision period, you retain permanent access to the final edition for which you were eligible. Later revisions require a new purchase or an active membership. Individual purchases do not renew automatically.

6. Membership Access and Content

Membership access is tied to your account and granted for personal, non-commercial use while the subscription remains active. If a territory or Global membership ends, access supplied only by that membership also ends. Individually purchased Drive Packs remain available under the purchase terms above. You may use materials on your personal devices, but may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share paid content.

7. Intellectual Property

Text, photographs, maps, route data, design, logos, software, and other Service content belong to The Stable or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written consent.

8. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of applicable rules.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape or collect information by automated means without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

9. Driving Safety and Assumption of Risk

By using our Drive Packs and recommendations, you acknowledge that:

• You will obey traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations.
• You will not drive while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or another substance.
• Conditions, weather, and closures can change; you are responsible for checking current information.
• Routes and timing estimates are guidance only and actual conditions may vary.
• You assume the risks associated with driving, including accident, injury, damage, or death.
• The Stable is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death arising from use of route information or recommendations, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services and Recommendations

Recommendations are editorial and informational. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or practices. Prices, availability, opening hours, and quality can change, so verify details directly before visiting.

11. Custom Route Build Services

Custom route requests depend on availability and acceptance. We will communicate pricing, timing, and deliverables before work begins. Custom routes are for personal use and subject to the same intellectual property restrictions as standard Drive Packs.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or complete accuracy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Stable and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Stable and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service and update these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected provision will be modified only as needed to make it enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of the Service and supersede prior agreements and communications.
