Welcome to The Stable. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at thestable.cc and all related services, products, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview of Services

The Stable provides curated driving experiences through a membership-based digital service. Members gain access to Drive Packs — complete digital packages for curated driving weekends. Each Drive Pack includes a roadbook with maps and timing, access to a mobile-optimised Link Hub with tap-to-navigate Rally Points, and curated recommendations for restaurants, hotels, wineries, and other experiences along the route. We also offer custom route building services and editorial content through our Journal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license to use our services. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Membership, Subscriptions, and Payment

Access to Drive Packs is provided through paid membership subscriptions. Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis, with regional and global tiers. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
• Founder's Rate pricing is locked in for the lifetime of continuous membership. Cancellation forfeits the locked-in rate.
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Membership Access and Content

Upon successful subscription, you will receive immediate access to all Drive Packs within your membership tier, including roadbooks and access to the Link Hub. Access is tied to your account and is granted for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download and use the materials on your personal devices. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your membership content with others. Access to Drive Packs is contingent on maintaining an active subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, maps, route data, design elements, logos, and software, is the property of The Stable or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content you purchase for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service through automated means without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

8. Driving Safety and Assumption of Risk

By using our Drive Packs and driving recommendations, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You will obey all applicable traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations at all times.
• You will never operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your ability to drive safely.
• Road conditions, weather, closures, and other factors may change without notice. You are responsible for checking current conditions and adjusting your plans accordingly.
• Our route suggestions and timing estimates are approximate and intended as guidance only. Actual driving conditions may vary.
• You assume all risk associated with driving, including but not limited to the risk of accident, injury, property damage, or death.
• The Stable is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from your use of our route information or recommendations.

9. Third-Party Services and Recommendations

Our Route Packs include recommendations for restaurants, hotels, wineries, and other businesses. These recommendations are based on our editorial judgment and are provided for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the products, services, or practices of any third-party business. Prices, availability, hours of operation, and quality may change without notice. We encourage you to verify details directly with the businesses before visiting.

10. Custom Route Build Services

Custom route build requests are subject to availability and our acceptance. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables for custom builds will be communicated to you before work begins. Custom routes are created for your personal use and are subject to the same intellectual property restrictions as our standard Route Packs.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Stable, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Stable and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Stable regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
